1. Acceptance of Terms

• Bonus Funds: Withdrawal of funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement is governed by the specific terms of that bonus, as described in Section 5.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

678bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and associated free bets expire after 7 calendar days from the date of crediting, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

• Changes to Promotions: 678bat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering conducted on the 678bat Platform. Sport-specific rules are published separately in the help centre and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Placement: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by the 678bat system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and accepted at the exact time your bet is submitted and confirmed.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to additional delay periods to prevent exploitation of live data. 678bat reserves the right to void any live bet where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Voided Bets: 678bat reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds due to a manifest error, event cancellation, match abandonment, or where a bet was placed on an event already in progress without live betting being explicitly enabled for that market.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings are subject to the limits published in the 678bat betting rules. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for any market will be limited to the stated maximum, regardless of the amount wagered.
• Cricket: For all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, cricket-specific rules apply as published separately. In general, a match must be completed to a sufficient extent as defined by the relevant governing body for bets to stand.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on the 678bat Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are provided by third-party licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply:

9. Account Suspension & Closure

678bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by 678bat.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
